With the X-Guard Alarm app, anyone can send an alarm anywhere: a connection is immediately made with the right emergency services. A portable Bluetooth alarm button can also be linked to the app.

The X-Guard Alarm app

With the X-Guard Alarm app you can everyone everywhere send an alarm: an immediate connection is made with the right emergency services. The assistance can come from people or colleagues (BHV) nearby within a radius of 200m or 2000m or, after verification by our emergency center, from the police and/or our national network of mobile surveillance companies or key holders.

You can send various alarms via the app on your phone.

The Bluetooth Alarm Button

By connecting our Bluetooth Alarm Button you can send an alarm via your phone. The alarm button can be linked to the panic or assistance button in the app. You don't have to pick up or unlock your phone to send an alarm. Our options:

  • A belt clip, neck strap and key ring
  • Prepare the set with a wristband

For who?

Public group: you will be protected for free and, if possible, help others within the public group
Private group: you are protected against payment and help each other in your own, protected group
Business group: You will be protected where and when necessary for a fee and help each other in your own protected group

How does it work?

You activate an alarm: panic or 'mandown' alarm.

The Alarm Centre is called immediately. They assess by listening whether the police should be called.

The Team Coaches receive the call in parallel on their telephone.

If in doubt you will be called, and if there is no answer, colleagues within 2.000 meters will be called to check what is going on.

No one available within 2000m? Then the Team Coaches are called for further action.

Location determination

Everywhere determine the location. By combining GPS linked to an address, agenda, schedule or WiFi point, your location can be determined exactly. See below which solution best suits your situation:
