How does it work?
When the alarm is raised, regardless of whether this is a mutual alarm or an alarm via the alarm center, X-Guard immediately knows your exact location. Not only the location of the alarm is known, the location of the successors (guards) is also known. This means that the nearest help is always on site as quickly as possible.
The guards are colleagues, invigilators and national emergency services. They receive a notification containing all relevant information so that they can provide assistance as quickly as possible.
It varies per organization which guards are or are not suitable for use in emergency services. That is why you can decide for yourself which guards you do or do not want to have available for follow-up in the event of an alarm.
