Alert
Anyone can easily send an alarm call. Manually via an alarm or panic button, by calling an emergency number, or automatically using our smart man-down solution. See below which solution best suits your situation:
Easily raise an alarm via the Alarm app. A Bluetooth alarm button can be linked to the app.
The X-Guard Alarm app automatically alarms when insufficient movement is detected.

By using the X-Guard Alarm app, emergency response personnel can be called more quickly and efficiently via their telephone.
With the Emergency Response Call Button, an emergency call can easily be sent to the Emergency Response Team at the touch of a button.

Location determination
The alarm location can be determined Anywhere . By combining GPS linked to an address, calendar, schedule, or Wi-Fi point, your location can be determined exactly. See below which solution best suits your situation:
Sending your GPS location during an emergency call is the solution when you are outside, in a detached house or a detached building.
By adding addresses in the Alarm app, X-Guard can more accurately determine the GPS location from which an emergency call was sent.
By linking your calendar in which you manage all your appointments, we can determine your GPS location more accurately.
For larger commercial properties and/or office buildings we recommend the use of X-Guard Beacons.
Get some help
You are only safe when you can be assured that help will arrive quickly. Help can come from people close by, such as Emergency Response Team members or the Anti-Incident Team, the police after verification by our alarm center, or security guards. See below which solution best suits your situation:
In the event of an emergency call, the people/colleagues (BHV) within a radius of 200 m are first called, without the intervention of the Emergency Center.
If no one is available within a radius of 200 m, the Emergency Center will be activated. The operator checks whether there are people/colleagues (BHV) on call within a radius of 2000 m.
The moment the X-Guard Emergency Center detects an emergency, the police are immediately called. If the operator cannot properly determine the situation and there are no people/colleagues nearby (2000m) on call, a mobile invigilator will be deployed.
In addition to a mobile invigilator, the operator can also use a key holder to go to the alarm location. Key holders have access to one or more buildings and can quickly see what is going on and provide or call for help.
