Many years of further development have ensured that we can give our word. Someone will come to you to help you, always. In the most serious case we have direct contact with the police. Police are not always necessary, but help is desirable. We have developed 'National Follow-up' for these situations. National Follow-up is a national network of professional security companies. The invigilator comes on site to check whether everything is going well and, if necessary, calls in national emergency services.
The follow-up to the alarm does not have to come only from the police or our National Follow-up. The follow-up can just as well be done by one of your colleagues who are nearby. If you use the X-Guard Alarm app privately, family and/or neighbors can be included in the follow-up protocol. We are now conducting tests where companies can help each other in the event of an alarm. This is a great solution if, for example, you or your colleague carry out maintenance work as a contractor at another company.
In addition to the X-guard alarm app, we have developed X-Guard Alarm Management. This system ensures that our alarm center receives and processes your alarm in the Alarm Manager. Your location is known, but also the location of the nearest care provider. This way you always have the right help coordinated by a professional as quickly as possible. The system is even designed in such a way that, if desired, a company can also manage the alarms internally without an alarm center.
