At the invitation of Annie Schreijer-Pierik, Rob Kuipers and Sven Gijsberts visited the European Parliament on behalf of X-Guard.
Here we spoke with Annie Schreijer-Pierik, MEP on behalf of the EPP (European People's Party Group) about the possible use of X-Guard as an addition to security for the 6000 employees working within the European Parliament.
In addition, European innovation regarding alarming in the event of an emergency was discussed. A 'hot item' at the moment is reverse 112. X-Guard has been invited by the EVP to give a presentation on this subject in the autumn.
For us as X-Guard it was a huge honor to be invited to the European Parliament as a possible security solution, now that we have also been invited to present our product as a possible European solution in the reverse 112 discussion, we are proud and enough food for thought back home.
