You send an emergency call
Via the X-Guard Alarm app

Then:

• App users within the public group (up to 200m) are called without the intervention of the Emergency Center.
• Is there no one available or able to help? The X-Guard Emergency Center is called.
• The operator then determines whether the police should be deployed. If the operator cannot determine this, it will be checked whether app users within the public group are available to provide assistance within a radius of 2000 meters.
• If no one is available within 2000 meters, a mobile invigilator will be deployed. Help is always coming! 

* For each alarm, one listenestablished a connection with our operator. If the operator hears that the police need to be deployed, the police are immediately called. If no emergency is detected, you will be called. If there is no answer, we will deploy a mobile invigilator to see how you are doing.
