Send an emergency call

• Emergency response personnel or colleagues nearby within a radius of 200 m are called
• If there are no emergency response officers or colleagues nearby on call, the X-Guard Emergency Center called: the operator determines whether the police should be deployed.
• If the operator cannot determine this, they will check whether emergency response officers or colleagues are available nearby within a radius of 2000 m.
• If no one is available within 2000m, the emergency center will deploy a mobile invigilator or key holders.

* For each alarm, a listening connection is set up with our operator (you hear nothing, the operator listens for 30 seconds). If the operator hears that the police need to be deployed, the operator remains on the line and immediately calls the police. If nothing serious is heard, you will be called. If there is no answer, we will deploy a mobile invigilator or key holders to see how you are doing. So help is always guaranteed!
