How does it work?

Employees can easily send an emergency call in the office or outside the office. An automatic alarm can also be sent if there is insufficient movement using the innovative man-down system. You are assured of help anywhere and anytime!

Send an emergency call in the office or outside the office:

  • Emergency response personnel or colleagues nearby within a radius of 200 m are called
  • If there are no emergency response officers or colleagues nearby on call, the X-Guard Emergency Center called: the operator determines whether the police should be deployed
  • If the operator cannot determine this, they will check whether emergency response staff or colleagues are available nearby within a radius of 2000 m.
  • If no one is available within 2000m, the emergency center will deploy a mobile invigilator or key holders.

* For each alarm, a listening connection is set up with our operator (you hear nothing, the operator listens for 30 seconds). If the operator hears that the police need to be deployed, the operator remains on the line and immediately calls the police. If nothing serious is heard, you will be called. If there is no answer, we will deploy a mobile invigilator or key holders to see how you are doing. So help is always guaranteed!

App users from the public group are protected by us for free. This group consists of citizens who want to be safe everywhere and who, if possible, are willing to help others. This group also often comes into contact with the (semi-) government. Consider, for example, community and sports centers, swimming pools or enforcement - places where many citizens come together.

In order to create a network of safety in the municipality, we ask companies and organizations to think about offering help to app users from the public group when they come into contact with the company or organization.

This way we can ensure that together Everyone, Everywhere, Safe could be!
