In case of aggression or violence you are assured of help at the touch of a button. Help can come from colleagues, people nearby or the emergency center that can deploy a mobile invigilator or the police. In the event of emergencies and situations where you are unable to raise the alarm yourself, the Alarm app automatically sends an alarm (man down). We also offer a solution for the ER within your organization. By means of a user-friendly app on the phone, emergency response staff can easily be called in the event of an emergency - making a walkie-talkie redundant!

Personal alarm
In case of aggression or violence 

When you work alone in places where aggression and violence pose a risk, it gives you a nice feeling that you can send an alarm to the nearest help in the event of an emergency. Help is guaranteed and can come from colleagues (BHV), people nearby (neighbors, relatives) or the emergency center, which can then deploy the police or mobile security guard. The X-Guard Alarm app is ideal for these types of emergencies.

Personal alarm
In case of emergencies (man-down)

Situations may arise where you are no longer able to send an alarm yourself, although help is necessary. For example, in the event of an emergency in which you have fallen or become unconscious. You cannot raise the alarm yourself and there is no one around who can help you, what then? You can count on the Risk button in the X-Guard Alarm app.

With the X-Guard Alarm app you can everyone everywhere send an alarm: a connection is immediately made with the right emergency services. Assistance can come from people nearby or, after verification by our emergency center, from the police and/or our national network of mobile surveillance companies.

A portable Bluetooth alarm button can also be linked to the app. You don't have to pick up your phone and unlock it to send an alarm. The Bluetooth Alarm Button is available as an all-in-one set with a belt clip, neck strap and key ring. The set can be expanded with a wristband

All-in-one alarm buttons

X-Guard has an extensive ''all-in-one'' alarm button incl. “man down” developed to send an alarm at the touch of a button. In the event of an emergency, all you have to do is press the button: a connection is immediately made with the right help. The device has all the functions that the Alarm app has, but without you having to use your smartphone.

We also offer a Simple Alarm Button with which an alarm can be sent at the touch of a button. In the event of an emergency, all you have to do is press the round button: the right help will be called immediately. Read more:

Mobile alarm to the emergency response team

The X-Guard safety solution can be used as an emergency response system. By using X-Guard Alarm, emergency response personnel can be called more quickly and efficiently. An emergency response officer can immediately receive an emergency call using an app on their smartphone. The app switches on automatically when the emergency response officer arrives at the branch. The app switches off automatically outside the branch. It is checked whether there are sufficient emergency response staff on call at the branch.
