Addresses

In the X-Guard Alarm app you can add home, work and visiting addresses to determine the GPS location of an alarm more accurately and get help on the spot faster. When you approach or leave an entered address, you do not have to manually switch your own security on or off, it is switched automatically.

This is how you add addresses:

1. 1. Open the app and go to the menu.
   2. Choose 'Change settings' and then 'Automatic switching'.
   3. Add a new address by clicking 'Add line'.
   4. Enter the address and determine the radius within which it should be active.
   5. Add a description to recognize the address.
   6. Choose whether the Own security of Receive emergency calls must be switched on or off upon arrival or departure.

Adding addresses has been available since version 4.8.9 of the X-Guard Alarm app and can be used on both Android and iOS devices. To add a large number of specific addresses, it is useful to have the location determination in Excel maintained by X-Guard.

Nedap ONS and Myneva

A link will soon be developed with the software of the client tracking systems Nedap ONS and Myneva. This link will enable automatic updating of addresses, leading to even faster recognition of alarm locations. This will further improve the functionality of the app and make its use even more efficient.
