Become a beta tester
If you want to become a beta tester but are not yet a beta tester, you can follow the steps below (for Android and iOS).
Android
If you are an app user, you can become a beta tester. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: open the Playstore on your smartphone
Step 2: Type ''X-Guard'' in the search bar and open the app's information page by clicking on the X-Guard image at the top left.
Step 3: When you are on the information page, scroll down a little until you see a heading with ''Participate in the beta program' sees. To participate, click on ''participate'' at the bottom left of the text. (see below)
Be aware that the installation of the beta version may take several minutes. It is therefore important to refresh the page every now and then to see whether the installation is complete.
Step 4: When the installation is complete, you can open the app and try out the new app version.
iOS (iPhone)
If you are an app user, you can become a beta tester. You can do this by following the following steps.
- Download the Testflight app on your phone;
- Then open this link on your phone: http://x-guard.nl/beta-ios
- When a beta version is ready, you can open it via Testflight
