Within a radius of 200m or 2000m

Our mission is: Everyone, Everywhere, Safe . We measure the level of safety by the speed with which help can arrive on the scene. Emergency Response Officers and colleagues nearby are often immediately available and can provide rapid assistance in the event of an alarm call from a nearby colleague. They can then take action by providing assistance themselves and/or calling in the help of the general practitioner, ambulance, or police.

How does it work?

After sending an emergency call, the emergency response officers within a radius of 200m are first called. If there are no emergency response officers on call, nearby colleagues who have made themselves available to receive calls from colleagues will be called. If no emergency response personnel and colleagues are available nearby within a radius of 200 m, the X-Guard Emergency Center will be deployed. The operator at the Emergency Center then first determines whether the police should be called. If the operator cannot determine this (correctly), he will check whether emergency response officers or colleagues are available nearby within a radius of 2000 m. If there are no emergency response officers or colleagues nearby within 2000m, the emergency center will ask a mobile invigilator or key holder to go to the alarm location.

Emergency response personnel within a radius of 200 m are called.
If there are no emergency response officers on call, colleagues nearby within 200m will be called.
If no one is available, the X-Guard Emergency Center called, the operator determines whether the police should be deployed.
If the operator cannot determine this, they will check whether nearby colleagues (BHV) are available within a radius of 2000 m.
If no one is available within 2000m, the emergency center will deploy a mobile invigilator or key holders.

With every alarm, a listening connection is established with our dispatcher (you will hear nothing; the dispatcher listens in for 30 seconds). If the dispatcher hears that the police need to be deployed, they remain on the line and immediately call the police. If nothing serious is heard, you will be called. In the event of no answer, we deploy a mobile patrol officer or key holders to check on you. Help is therefore always guaranteed!

How do I make myself available to receive emergency calls from colleagues?

An emergency response officer is trained to help colleagues or customers to safety in the event of an emergency. Using the Alarm app, emergency response staff can immediately receive an emergency call. The app contains a function that allows you to manually switch receiving emergency calls to ''On'' or ''Off''. This feature can also switch automatically when approaching and leaving a location. The automatic switching can also be customized and ''fixed'' in the app so that the user only needs to register.

In addition to emergency response staff, “normal” colleagues/employees can also make themselves available to receive emergency calls from nearby colleagues by setting the button under “Receive emergency calls” to “On”.
