Security by Police and Mobile Surveillants

At X-Guard, your safety comes first. Our service offers fast and effective assistance with alarms through the deployment of police and mobile security guards. Here's how it works:

Alarm procedure:

  1. Alarm notification: As soon as an alarm is triggered, the operator sets up a listening connection to assess the situation.
  2. Judgement: The operator listens for at least 30 seconds. If there is any doubt about the severity, the reporter will be contacted or an invigilator will be sent.
  3. On-site supervisor: The mobile invigilator assesses the situation on location. If necessary, the police or ambulance will be called. Invigilators do not physically intervene in violent situations.

Cost:

There are costs associated with the alarm and the deployment of mobile security guards, except for users of the Public group within our app.

Step-by-step plan for emergencies:

  1. Send alarm: In the event of an emergency, you send an alarm message via our system.
  2. Assistance within 200 meters: Immediately available help is called within a radius of 200 meters.
  3. Emergency center decision: The emergency center assesses the need for police deployment.
  4. Broad call: In case of doubt, app users within 2000 meters are also called.
  5. Deployment of invigilator or key holders: If immediate help is not available, invigilators or key holders will be deployed.

How does it work?

1
You activate an alarm: panic or 'mandown' alarm.
2
The Alarm Centre is called immediately. They assess by listening whether the police should be called.
3
The Team Coaches receive the call in parallel on their telephone.
4
If in doubt you will be called, and if there is no answer, colleagues within 2.000 meters will be called to check what is going on.
5
No one available within 2000m? Then the Team Coaches are called for further action.
