RMA

RMA stands for “return to manufacturer".

If something is broken or no longer functions properly within or outside the warranty period, you must always report this to the X-Guard Service desk. We will first work with you to see if we can solve the problem together. If this is not possible, please send the materials to:

If costs are incurred outside or within the warranty period of your product, we will make a quotation for this. After signing, the products will be repaired or replaced
