Service Level Agreement services for X-Guard Beacons

In this Service Level Agreement, X-Guard and the organization in question can enter into an agreement with agreements relating to the monthly monitoring of the WiFi points and X-Guard beacons.

Control WiFi points and X-Guard beacons (report)

We can carry out the monthly check of the WiFi points and X-Guard beacons for you. The control is recorded in a monthly report on the proper functioning of beacon and/or WiFi points. When the “Own security” in the X-Guard Alarm app is set to “On”, every movement based on GPS or a beacon is passed on to our Alarm Manager. The movements are reported monthly and sent by email to the person responsible within the organization. The report provides an overview of all available WiFi points or beacons, including the date on which they were last reported by the X-Guard Alarm app. The battery voltage measured at that moment in % is also indicated for battery-powered beacons. It can be determined in advance for each point how often the point must be received at least (per day, per week, per month or per quarter) so that the report shows which beacons have not been received within the set period and therefore need to be checked in the field. become.

X-Guard checks this report monthly and contacts the person responsible on location in case of deviations. The person responsible is asked to physically check on location with the X-Guard Alarm app whether the beacon is still present. If no information is still received from the point in question, a decision will be made as to how the beacon in question should be repaired or replaced. The costs to be incurred will always be confirmed in writing in advance.
