SLA Join Move Leave

SLA stands for Service Level Agreement, where we focus on the inflow, progression and outflow of employees to ensure that everyone is safe everywhere.

In many cases, everyone involved in the contract process disappears from view once the contract is concluded. However, it is crucial to properly guide the people being protected, especially with the inflow, throughflow and outflow of employees.

By concluding a Service Level Agreement (SLA), where we focus on the inflow, progression and outflow of employees, the process becomes considerably easier for the app user. The registration process is fully prepared, so that the app user only needs to log in with a username created for him. All settings chosen by the organization are directly integrated into the app, without the user experiencing any inconvenience.

When an organization works with Single Sign-On (SSO), we can link this directly. This can even be set up in such a way that when a new employee joins the organization, this is immediately visible in our system. From that moment on, we take charge of providing the person with the correct training and instructions. All our training and instructions are delivered via SelfGuide so that they are always up to date.

In addition, our SLA includes a 'train the trainer' session, in which we explain how support can be provided within your own organization to the people being protected. This includes training managers or employees in the IT department who are responsible for providing the necessary devices.

We have also included a monthly webinar in the SLA, accessible via Teams. During these webinars you can participate and ask questions regarding the use or installation of our services. It provides an interactive opportunity to address any concerns and ensure an optimal experience with our security solutions.

We also process this in the event of relocations or promotions within the organization, with special attention to people who are deployed as care providers, have undergone aggression training or have been trained as emergency response personnel. If people have not completed their refresher courses, they are removed from the assistance groups.

When employees leave, it is important to completely delete the data in accordance with the GDPR agreements and to ensure that if these people have had crucial roles within the process, this is properly transferred to new employees.

With the above description of our SLA, we strive to anchor our mission 'Everyone Everywhere Secure' in the organization.

Addresses and zones

The SLA also includes the maintenance of addresses and zones. Addresses and zones play an essential role in passing on the correct address details and descriptions to emergency services during an alarm. In addition, automatic switching can be linked to zones and addresses.

Consider situations in which the app, which is within a certain zone and is linked to that zone at a specific time, must automatically activate its own security. This may be necessary, for example, when someone works alone. In addition, a follow-up protocol can be linked to a zone, so that the right emergency responders are deployed based on predefined procedures.”
