Allow calls under “Do Not Disturb”

If you receive an emergency call from People Nearby, you must be able to hear the call so that you can help. It is therefore always wise to turn on/leave the sound on your phone. When you have your phone set to 'do not disturb', it is important that you can still receive emergency calls and that the Emergency Center can reach you. Below, step-by-step instructions and an explanation video will be given on how to allow calls from X-Guard Alarm and the Emergency Center.

  1. Your phone is on ''Do not disturb'' when the ''Do not disturb'' icon in the menu (circle with a horizontal line) is colored blue. You can check this by pulling down the menu at the top to see if the ''Do not disturb'' icon is colored blue
  2. To adjust your Do Not Disturb settings to personal preference, press the Do Not Disturb button in the menu for a few seconds. Here you can then adjust your ''Do not disturb'' settings.
  3. In the bottom box you will see ''Exceptions'' and below that the actions to which you can add exceptions. Click on ''Calls, messages and conversations'' and then click on ''Calls''. Then click ''Favorite contacts only''.
  4. Because you have already added the number of X-Guard Alarm and the Emergency Center to favorites via the app, calls from these numbers will be received when your phone is on ''Do not disturb''. If you have not yet added the telephone numbers of X-Guard Alarm and the Emergency Center, please do so first via the app.
