Consultation with X-Guard
What can you expect?
You have already requested a consultation with an X-Guard advisor. This consultation will soon take place online via a video meeting (Zoom). We would like to explain to you what you can expect from this meeting.
X-Guard will send you an informative email in advance with an explanation about the use of X-Guard. It is useful to read this and download the Alarm app in advance so that you can ask questions during the conversation and so that we can easily guide you through the use of the app.

The video meeting with X-Guard
The video meeting is via Zoom as standard. If you want a different platform (Teams), please let us know in a timely manner. If more people would like to participate in the consultation, please let us know (names + email addresses of the participants).
The consultation will then look like this:
(1) Introduction meeting: the X-Guard advisor will introduce himself and X-Guard: what we stand for, what we do and what we can do for you. We will explain the possibilities of our security solution to you through our website. This contains all the information that you can read afterwards.
We would then like to hear from you who you are and for what situation/organization you need a personal alarm. We would like to hear your wishes and expectations regarding the security solution that you or your organization needs.
(2) Advice: the X-Guard advisor will then prepare appropriate advice for you based on your situation description.
(3) Quote/Quotation: After the consultation, our advisor will prepare an offer for you. The price for your complete security solution is determined based on the advice discussed during the conversation.
(4) After the conversation: If you are satisfied with the offer, you can sign it (digitally), after which we will initiate everything internally to deliver your delivered goods and/or services as quickly as possible so that you are quickly protected. If you have any further questions about the offer offered or would like to make adjustments, you can always contact X-Guard.
