This means that it is no longer necessary to choose who will and who will not be protected.
The X-Guard Alarm app in combination with a Bluetooth Alarm button provides the most user-friendly solution. All employees have a mobile phone with them, so there is no need to bring anything extra. The teams have chosen which button they like best. Many colleagues opted for the necklace, but the belt clip and wristband are also popular choices.
Employees of neighborhood teams have various tasks that are performed at different locations. Work takes place in community centres, but clients are also visited at home.
It is essential that we know where someone is in the event of an alarm. Our own developers have gone to great lengths to determine the exact location everywhere. The X-Guard Alarm app is able to do this through a smart connection with the agenda and the use of Bluetooth, among other things. It does not matter whether an employee is working inside, outside or at a client's home address.
It is very important that all employees can raise the alarm everywhere, but this is pointless if no help is forthcoming. Both the municipality of Almelo and the municipality of Leudal have opted for National Follow-up. If the arrival of the police is not necessary, a security professional will arrive on site and will be managed by the emergency center.
In the case of the municipality of Almelo, in collaboration with RJ Safety & Security, we have also provided aggression training in addition to the X-Guard training. This means that employees are even better prepared for possible expressions of aggression and violence.
