Allow calls under “Do Not Disturb”

The moment you put your iPhone on ''Do not disturb'' it is important that you can still receive emergency calls and that the Emergency Center can reach you. Below, step-by-step instructions and an explanation video will be given on how to allow calls from X-Guard Alarm and the Emergency Center.

  1. Your phone is on ''Do not disturb'' when the moon in the menu is purple with a white transparent background. You can check this by pulling the screen up (iPhones with a home button) or down (iPhones without a home button).
  2. To adjust your Do Not Disturb settings to personal preference, press the Do Not Disturb button (with the moon) for a few seconds. A screen will appear with options. Click on ''Schedule''. You can adjust the ''Do not disturb'' settings here.
  3. To allow calls from phone numbers you have added to your favorites, under PHONE, click "Allow calls from..." Favorites.
  4. Because you have already added the X-Guard Alarm and the Emergency Center number to favorites, calls from these numbers will be received when your phone is on ''Do not disturb''. If you have not yet added the telephone numbers of X-Guard Alarm and the Emergency Center, please do so first. Read more about this by clicking the button below:
