What happens when you send an emergency call?
The moment you send an emergency call, X-Guard will ensure that someone will be on site as soon as possible to provide assistance – after all, we want Everyone to be Safe Anywhere. We measure the degree of safety by the speed with which help can be on site. Thanks to our extensive location determination techniques, your alarm position can be accurately determined so that help can be on site as quick as possible.
Below you can find a step-by-step explanation of how we initiate the follow-up of assistance the moment you have sent an emergency call (check also the video at the bottom of this page).
- You send an emergency call
- People nearby or emergency response officers are called
- The emergency center deploys key holders
- (or) The emergency center deploys the police or mobile security guard
